A nude female figure emerges from a circular space, almost like a threshold or sanctuary opening within dense vegetation. Her body, turned toward the viewer, appears both offered and in motion. Around her are an animal skull, exuberant plant forms, and, above, a large owl with outstretched wings. Red transforms the flowers and foliage into a fiery, almost incandescent presence, while the deep black background heightens the nocturnal and visionary quality of the scene. The whole evokes initiation, metamorphosis, and an encounter with wild and chthonic powers.
